Yes, we accept Cigna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and Maryland Medicaid. All insurances and copay amounts should be verified by the client and their insurance provider prior to receiving services.

We accept payments via CashApp, Zelle, Square and cash. There is a $5.00 administrative fee for payments via these services. All payments and copays are due at the time of services.

To ensure that we can continue to provide quatlity care to our clientele, we request notice of cancellation within 48 hours via telephone, text message or email. We charge a “No Show” feeand or late cancellation fee of the full amount for cash paying clients. After two “No Shows” or late cancellations, you will be discharged from Esteemd Families. You are always welcome to return for services once you are certain you can commit to receiving therapeutic services. If you are using insurance, we require a fee of $50 for no show or late appointment.
